Identities and completion packageExamples, not a specification
The nine design identities, room images, moodboards and product references on this website are examples of possible interior and exterior designs for Villa Infinity. They do not constitute an offer or a binding description of the property.
The binding scope of delivery, including the completion package, is defined solely in the purchase or construction contract, the approved drawings and the technical specification. The completion package already covers a large part of the chosen identity, in particular surfaces, built-in wardrobes and cabinetry, kitchen, sanitary ware and fittings. Interior and exterior design is carried out according to the owner’s wishes; special requests are possible and are quoted individually.
Loose furniture, lamps, decor objects and art are not included in the price unless agreed in writing. Our design team can curate, source and install them on request, including handmade sculptures and individual artworks.
Property information on this website is provided for orientation in accordance with Real Decreto 515/1989 on consumer information in the sale and letting of housing. Binding information, including the documentation required by that decree, is made available on request and in the contractual documents.
Visualisations and AI
Renders, room images and films of Villa Infinity © B GROTH Asset Management S.L. / LUX VILLAS™. They are visualisations, created in part with artificial intelligence (AI-generated concepts), and do not show the finished building. Room layouts, finishes, fittings, views, planting, light and objects are illustrative. Depth and motion effects on this website are computed from the renders. AI-generated content is labelled on the website as such (EU Artificial Intelligence Act, Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, art. 50).
Style descriptions are based on the LUX VILLAS™ collection “Nine Design Identities” (client review edition, 9 September 2026). Colour values are indicative screen references; physical samples govern selection.

All product names, brands and trademarks mentioned on this website and in the moodboards belong to their respective owners. They are used only to describe and identify the products. No affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from the manufacturers or stockists is implied.
Product references were checked on 9 September 2026. Availability, prices, finishes, lead times, delivery to Tenerife and suitability for installation remain subject to supplier confirmation.

1. Visiting this website
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA), which processes on our behalf the technical data your browser sends when you visit it: IP address, date and time, pages and files requested, browser and operating system, and the referring page. This data is needed to deliver the website and to keep it secure (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest). We do not use it to identify you and do not combine it with other data. Netlify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; transfers to the USA are based on that framework and on Netlify’s data processing agreement.
2. Personal moodboard (PDF)
If you request a personal moodboard, we process the name and email address you enter, your phone number if you give it, the chosen identity, the page language, the page address, the date and time and whether you ticked the contact box.
- Personalisation: your name is placed on the PDF in your own browser; the document is created on your device.
- Notification and record: the form is processed by Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc., USA) on our behalf, and we receive the details by email. This lets us provide the moodboard you asked for and know who has received our documents (art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Netlify checks submissions for spam, using among others the service Akismet (Automattic Inc., USA).
- Contact: we contact you about Villa Infinity only if you tick the box (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example by email.
Name and email address are required for the personal moodboard; everything else is optional. We delete the data no later than 12 months after your request, unless you have consented to contact (then until you withdraw it) or a business relationship requires longer retention.
3. Contact by email, phone or WhatsApp
When you contact us, we process the details you send us (for example name, contact details and your message) to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in business communication (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp, a service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., with a pre-filled message; data is transmitted to WhatsApp only when you send it.
4. Recipients
Our processor Netlify (see above) and its sub-processors. We do not sell your data. We pass your enquiry to our marketing partner Sotheby’s International Realty Spain only if you ask us to. Beyond that, data is disclosed only where required by law.
5. External links and fonts
Links to Sotheby’s, manufacturers, stockists and social networks lead to third-party websites with their own privacy policies; no data is transmitted to them before you click. Fonts and program libraries are served from this website itself; no data is transmitted to font or library providers.
6. Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example commercial and tax retention periods).
7. Your rights
You can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to or to our postal address. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es). We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
