A signature residence above Costa Adeje, drawn as one continuous line.
Villa Infinity is our latest LUX VILLAS™ signature residence, and our boldest yet. High in Ciudad Jardín, Adeje, its plan follows the infinity sign: two sweeping wings joined by light, water and movement, stepping down a 1,150 m² plot towards the Atlantic. No hard edges, no wasted views. Just one flowing line from the entrance to the horizon.
Three levels, four to six suites and two infinity pools that seem to pour straight into the ocean. From the terraces, facing south-west, the view sweeps 180° across the Atlantic to La Gomera, and every evening ends with the sun setting over the water.
Construction preparations began in July 2026. Villa Infinity is offered only as the completed residence, not as a plot, and buyers and investors can secure it now, at any stage of construction, at a special price. The earlier you decide, the more of it is yours to shape.
Inside and out, it becomes exactly what you want: nine design identities for interiors, terraces, pool decks and garden, a completion package that already covers a large part of the one you choose, and a design team that finishes every detail to your wishes. One villa. Infinite ways to live in it.

The inspiration
One continuous loop.
Draw the infinity sign in one stroke and you have the plan: two flowing wings, held together by movement, light and water. On a 1,150 m² plot in Ciudad Jardín, Adeje, the residence is now taking shape, with a 180° view across the Atlantic to La Gomera that stays yours.
Nine personalities, one camera. Every identity was visualised from exactly the same viewpoints, so you can compare them honestly, view by view.
